The company’s story began in the forties. Today, the third generation, with Koen and Patrick Mervielde, stands behind the wheel. Together with more than 270 colleagues, they go for the extra (s)mile to meet their customers’ needs each day.

Our focus will always remain on our people. We are independent and that’s how we like it. With all the decisions we take and all the investments we make, we look for the right balance between the well-being of our people, the impact on the environment and economic success. Mervielde has been active in the transport of liquids since 1945. What began with a horse and cart has grown into a modern family business specializing in the transport, storage and cleaning of liquids. We continue to grow and innovate to support our customers throughout Europe with comprehensive logistics solutions.
Transport Van Heesvelde
Transport of liquids in dedicated tankers
In 1996, Transport Van Heesvelde became part of Mervielde. Thanks to this expansion, we now also offer ADR transport and specialize in the transport of liquids with specific properties. This strengthens our expertise and allows us to respond even better to the diverse needs of our customers.
